Whether you're helping behind the scenes, donating goodies, or cheering at the games, every act of involvement helps support our school and reflects the spirit of OLG.

Q: How can I help promote Fiesta at OLG?
A: Spread the Word! Invite friends and family! Share the website with friends and family via email and social media:

Volunteer & Requirements

Q: Are school families required to volunteer at Fiesta?

A: Yes! Each school family is required to work one 4-hour shift during Fiesta weekend.

Q: Can I earn more volunteer hours?

A: Absolutely! Any shifts beyond your required four-hour shift will count toward your parent service hours.

Club Tickets & Requirements

Q: What’s the Club Tickets requirement?
A: Each school family is required to sell or purchase two $50 club tickets.
Q: What are the prizes?
A: The grand prize is a Dream Vacation! The next 24 winners will receive gift cards or cash.

Tickets & Sponsorships

Q: Should I buy presale tickets?

A: Definitely! You’ll save money, and the school earns more profit from presales.

Q: Where can I purchase presale tickets?

A: There are two ways to purchase your tickets:

1. You can purchase your tickets online here.

2. You can download this pdf, fill out the presale form, and submit it to Ms. Chavolla in the office with cash or a check made out to OLG. (OLG School families, check your white OLG  Family Envelope for a hard copy of the pdf.)

Q: Interested in being a Fiesta Sponsor?

A: Reach out to local businesses to solicit their support as a corporate sponsor. Levels of sponsorship vary.

Q: How can I help with the silent auction?

A: Contribute by creating your own or ask local businesses to donate items or experiences for the silent auction.

Food Donations

Q: Are we donating food again this year?
A: Yes! Each family is asked to donate baked goods and lemons or limes.

Preschool: Case of Water (24-count or more)
TK: American Cheese (for cheeseburgers)
Kinder: 24-pack or greater of Hot Dog Buns (no sesame seeds, please)
1st: Box of CapriSun Juices
2nd: 24-pack or greater of Hot Dog Buns (no sesame seeds, please)
3rd and 4th:
     A-M Packet of Napkins (200-count or more)
     N-Z Paper Towel rolls (6-count or more)
5th:
     A-M Box of Spoons (100-count or more)
     N-Z Box of Forks (100-count or more)
6th:
     A-M 16 oz. Clear Plastic Cups with Lids (50-count or more)
     N-Z 10 in Dinner Plates (100-count or more)
7th and 8th: 24-pack of 12 oz. Soda Cans (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite)
All Families: Fresh lemons or limes from your backyard trees (any amount)

Q: What kind of baked goods should we bring?

A: Think: brownies, cookies, Rice Krispie treats, cupcakes, donuts, fudge, lemon bars, gluten-free goodies, cake pops, cinnamon rolls, etc. Please no pre-packaged store items.

Q: When and where do we drop off food?

A: Drop off food and baked goods donations at the school office on Wednesday, May 14th, during school hours.

Q: Do food donations count toward volunteer hours?
A: Yes! For every $12 spent, you earn 1 volunteer hour. Save and submit receipts to Ms. Chavolla.
